Shipping Information

All orders will be processed within one (1) business day. Orders that need to be shipped will be sent via USPS Priority Mail

"Store Pickup" orders will not be charged for shipping and handling however your items should be picked up within four (4) business days. If your order has not been picked up within the specific time frame, your product will be returned to stock and you will be refunded your money minus 20% or $2.00 whichever is more.

Returns

Due to the nature of our business some products may not be eligible for returns. These items are consignment goods and cannot be replaced. Also, the description of the item will state that there is no return on the product.

Exception to returns of consignment goods

1. Jewelry made by J Perry Design Studio that has broken in transit may be returned.
2. TJP Photographic Art that may have been damaged in transit may be returned.
3. Any new merchandise (non consigned) that is defective may be returned.

Once again, any non returnable product will be marked in the description of the item.
